Kathy Johns
Chair
After years in critical care nursing and managing a neurosurgical practice, Kathy turned her passion for making a difference toward nonprofit leadership. She remains an active member of the Florida Medical Association Alliance and the AMAA, sharing AHEI’s vision of advancing healthcare and empowering communities.
Ann Sanford
Chair-Elect
Ann Sanford grew up in Wisconsin with eight brothers and one sister. She attended UWS, majoring in elementary education with a minor in early childhood development. She met her husband, Paul, on a blind date in 1992, and shortly after their marriage, she joined her local Alliance and has been a member since.
Rosemary Xavier
Treasurer
Rosemary, a Past President of the American Medical Association Alliance, has been active in the organization for over 30 years, also serving as President of the Florida Medical Association Alliance. A dedicated volunteer, she remains active in her church and parish. Rosemary and her husband, Ravi, live in North Palm Beach, Florida, and are proud parents of two physician children.
Sue Ann Greco
Secretary
Sue Ann earned her BSN and MSN in nursing, with
additional graduate studies in Healthcare Administration
and Legal Services. She worked alongside her husband, Dr.
Thomas Greco, until their recent retirement, and they
enjoy four daughters and several grandchildren.
A longtime Alliance leader, Sue Ann has served at the
county, state, and national levels, including as AMA
Alliance President during the pandemic—guiding
members into the Zoom era—and organizing the AMA
Alliance Centennial Celebration. We are thrilled to
welcome her as AHEI’s 2025–26 Secretary.
Suzanne Manning
Immediate Past Chair
With nearly 20 years in nonprofit leadership, Suzanne has served on numerous local, state, national, and international boards, including Positive Exposure and the American Medical Association Alliance. She lives in South Carolina with her two children, Madeline and William, and four dogs. Guided by her philosophy—“Dream bigger, never refrain, and you’ll make a difference wherever you go!”—Suzanne brings passion and purpose to everything she does.
